To be eligible for return or exchange, all watches must be sent back to us within the first 30 days following the receipt of the watch and must meet the following conditions:

Watch in original working condition with no accidental damage caused by you
No scratches on the watch case, glass or watch strap due to usage
No resizing, altering of bracelet

If you receive a watch which is damaged in transit or not working on arrival, it is still eligible for return. Please contact us immediately at contact@extendbuy.com.com if you received a defective item.

Once you return the watch, you can opt for either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange with another watch with the price difference topped up or refunded. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receipt of the return package.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

To request a return please send an email to contact@extendbuy.com with the Subject "Return Requested" and indicate your order number and the reason for return in your email. We will reply within 12 hours with your RMA number and return instructions
